Regarding the security concerns you raised, I would like to personally apologize for the distress you felt. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we take incidents like this very seriously. Upon receiving your report, we immediately conducted a thorough investigation, including changing the housekeeper assigned to your room, interviewing the Team, and inspecting the safe to ensure there were no signs of forced entry. We also confirmed that access to the master key is restricted to the accounts office, and our housekeeping department does not have direct access to it. While we are deeply saddened that this experience overshadowed what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration, we did our utmost to address your concerns and offer compensation by refunding the cost of the excursion. Additionally, we extended our apologies and offered alternative excursions to help restore your holiday experience. I assure you that we have strict protocols in place to ensure the safety and security of our guests, and we are committed to reinforcing these measures even further. We value your feedback and will continue to investigate how this situation could have occurred, as this is not reflective of the experience we strive to provide to all our guests.
