The shower floor was VERY slippery. It's likely that someone will fall, hurt themselves, or worse. Add a bath mat! Otherwise, someone will be hurt and sue.

The breakfast, which was equivalent to most other hotels, was an additional $22 per person. We skipped and went to chick-fil-a. Parking was also additional. When we showed up for check-in, I stood at the unattended desk for 10 minutes. We ordered “in-room dinner service” but were told we had to come down to the bar to pick it up. The food was pretty good though. The light switches in the room were impossible to figure out. They were all push button and sometimes worked, sometimes didn’t. The bathroom light couldn’t be turned off as we went to sleep. It finally went off on its own after about 45 min. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean. But the rooms are tiny and have a weird “boxed-in” feel. Just not very comfortable.

Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was newer and clean. They clean rooms every third night. Breakfast is optional but extra charge. The bed was stiff and sooo uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well.

area is clean, no hobos. Staff is friendly, hotel is very new clean and smells good. Pity they have no laundry

Extremely clean room and property. We got a standard room and the size was perfect. It includes a larger lounge sofa. The room was extremely clean. The lobby area is clean, bright and inviting. The only thing that i didn’t like was how loud it was with the metro and cars that pass by, especially at night. My room faced the road so it was pretty loud. Otherwise, i would definitely stay at this property again. It’s newer and modern. I like the many light switch options, by the bed, the sofa area. It was close within reach so I could simply turn the light on without having to get up which was so convenient. Staff was nice.

Both ladies in the front desk were excellent! They Helped resolved some system complications, while remaining cool, calm and collected. All this while chitchatting with me to make sure my experience was not affected by this.

Fight broke out in room adjacent and spilled out into hallway between 2:30-3:30 a.m. No security in premises. a bit scary. Additionally, no daily cleaning service. We were told after finding room not made up and coffee supplies not provided that service is every 3 days. That was the entirety of our stay. So room never serviced. Very nice staff at front desk.
