?Mi experiencia en el Hotel Mitru Sur fue fantástica. Las instalaciones son hermosas y el hotel está impecable. La comida es de muy buen nivel, cumpliendo totalmente las expectativas. ?Pero lo mejor fue el equipo. El servicio y la atención son excelentes. Un reconocimiento especial a Jacko en recepción: su profesionalismo y amabilidad fueron inigualables y facilitaron toda mi estadía. 100 puntos
I would ask the Hotel that if you are not going to honor Platinum membership don’t call yourself a VIP hotel.
It is deceptive, especially when we are coming from another country and expect certain things
The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy.
Me alojé el último fin de semana de agosto, en el check-in y check-out fui atendido por la misma persona (Josue), primero comienza a atender e interrumpe la recepción por atender el telefono dejando esperando cerca de 15 minutos, luego al retirarme del hotel, me impide la salida sino hasta que revisen el dormitorio, me parecío humillante, primera vez que un hotel no me dejan salir sin antes ervisar la habitación.
It is my last review for this hotel, I decided to give you a 5 stars. Of course not for the staff ROSELIN , but for everyone else in this hotel. ROSELIN was pretty rude and wanted to charge me extra 30 dollars for bring a friend visit for 1 hour. I said call your boss talk to me, she became so mean said oh my boss don’t have time. She thought she was the boss here ??? Even though I paid it, it is written here in your hotel policy. The room price include 2 guests. The staff ROSELIN is really unprofessional and mean to me. She doesn’t know the rules and she was trying to create her own rule. My whole trip in Bolivia was amazing, I stayed in hotel Mitru sol for 6 nights. Everything was great until I meet the reception this Lady: ROSELIN. She definitely destroyed my last day in La Paz, my last hour with my best friend in La Paz. Other than that the hotel is perfect, it is clean and beautiful, everyone else is nice and friendly. I recommend everyone go here.

Very clean and large room. Bathroom was clean. Only problem, no place to put shampoo inside shower. Excellent shower head. Great quality towels.
Breakfast was good. You can request latte, cappuccino and eggs. Great location. Staff was professional
Complete ignore my VIP amenities. I will be charge $30 for late check out.
In general, it was nice to stay in this hotel.

El cuidado en los detalles en este Hotel es algo que se nota y los días en ciudad de La Paz fueron una gran experiencia, ?sin duda volveré en el futuro! Tuve una habitación con la mejor infraestructura que pude imaginar, que gran vista desde la habitación que permite ver el sur de la ciudad, los espacios son amplios, poder hacer uso de la piscina; spa; patio y por supuesto el aire acondicionado de la habitación (necesario para días lluviosos y luego calurosos durante el mes de enero). Puedo decir que por parte del personal del hotel tuve la mejor atención posible, tuvimos una muy buena recepción en donde aclararon todas nuestras dudas en cuanto a la ciudad y la cultura, tuvieron prontitud a las solicitudes de aseo de habitaciones y lavado de ropa, me orientaron de los lugares turísticos y nos ofrecieron los mejores servicios para disfrutar de la ciudad. Sobre la cocina y bar tengo mucho para decir, me hicieron encantarme de lo mejor de la cocina boliviana con platos exquisitos en donde se realzan los sabores andinos con los mejores acompa?amientos. Los desayunos son buffet y muy generosos al disfrutar de toda clases de platillos; postres; sándwichs, omelette que siempre se puede acompa?ar de un rico jugo o mate de coca. Recomiendo 100% el Hotel Mitru Sur, no se arrepentirán.
