Résidence fleurie et sécurisée au sein d’un village authentique à deux pas de la plage. Propre, calme, confortable, climatisation. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant dirigé par Hossein, jovial et serviable. La cuisine est savoureuse. La piscine est un atout.

I spent 5 night in this excellent place with all conforts. All has been super, (cordiality, help, clean and safety). IF U WILL NOT TRY IT, U WILL NEVER UNDESTAND WHAT U LOST BEFORE. I.m a real frequency traveller and only few times in 25 yrs I found in my life this high level apartment .

Ottimo alloggio l’ampio appartamento Villa Mara, affacciato - come gli altri - su un bel giardino tropicale con una graziosa piscina. La costruzione in stile zanzibarina, col bellissimo tetto di foglie di palma, è semplice ma spaziosa e confortevole (ottimi letti). Colazione e cena nel residence, non molta scelta ma qualità più che soddisfacente (no alcol)).

Una struttura adattissima ad una vacanza con amici o in famiglia in un contesto per quanto mi riguarda “paradisiaco “. Completamente immersa nel verde la piscina al centro del complesso è molto accogliente e rilassante . Ci sono appartamenti di diverse tipologie e sono tutti molto accoglienti , ma io ho alloggiato nell’appartamento “VILLA CRI” che è su due piani … il primo super funzionale arredato benissimo e con i confort necessari … Ma la parte sopra ha una vista pazzesca … da lì si può vedere la vera è magica Africa … consiglio a tutti veramente Il Breeze ha anche un’ottima posizione riguardo la spiaggia ….Kiwengwa … vi lascera’ senza fiato

Abbiamo soggiornato al Breeze Residence e ci siamo trovati da dio, accoglienza calda da parte del gestore e dei masai che ti aiutano durante tutto il soggiorno per qualunque cosa, camere ampie, spaziose e pulite. Cura del dettaglio, dalla piscina (una chicca a pochi passi dagli appartamenti) fino ai giardini e le stanze delle case! Pochi minuti a piedi dal mare cristallino!

BREEZE RESIDENCE APARTMENTS REVIEW (aka Crow Residence) If you are looking for a place where a family of resident crows LOUDLY screech and squawk annoyingly from before sunrise to after sundown; if you are looking for a place next to a primary school where children screech and scream throughout some school days and some evenings until 21:00, if you are looking for a “resort” where you must walk 300 meters through garbage strewn streets and alleys, including 83 stairway steps down to access the beach; if you enjoy sleeping on a concrete “soft” mattress; if some days you enjoy the sound of the neighbors’ power saws cutting stone for hours; if you love to languish in boxy, hardwood, spartan-like, uncomfortable furniture; if you are happy preparing your meals in a poorly equipped kitchen, if you are easily fooled by well staged website photographs; if your idea of a “fitness center” is a punching bag, an ancient bicycle and two home-fashioned, concrete in plastic-bottle barbells; if you don’t mind struggling with EVERY poorly fitted door in the suite that needs to be wedged, jimmied, tugged, or slammed........ then the Breeze (Crow) Residence is the ideal place for you to spend your hard earned relaxation time and money. The name “Breeze” may be misleading; no actual “breeze” seemed to reach our suite. If you are looking for a lower priced place to stay on Zanzibar, this may be the place for you. Do not set your expectations high, you will be disappointed. There are two restaurants in the immediate area (one is closed on Mondays). A few items on the positive side; the pool and courtyard are nice areas, the air conditioner worked in the bedroom (thank goodness) and the Tanzanian staff are all courteous and hospitable.

Dear Miguel, thanks for your review because it is exactly as you said... matasse are hard , as all mattresses in Tanzania, crows are in all zanzibar... happy children are at the school in all Tanzania and Zanzibar, we are not right on the beach as you can read everywhere but just 200 Mts, with 83 steps...( wow...very hard life ) , gym is a fitness area..maybe you do not know but there are many totally free body workouts if you like seriously to train...but seriously ..:) our kitchen are basically equipped but with all necessaire to prepare food..in case you do not want to cook there are many other options such delivery, our restaurant ( closed on Monday ) ... so basically yes...we agreed with your points...ahahah especially the last ones.. please just remain in your beautiful country..and do not come in a real life African village...go in a big 5 stars hotel and close yourself inside there....this is the holiday you need..

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 giorni in questa struttura tipica, accogliente a pochi passi dal mare cristallino. Gestione italiana Nicola e Alle attenti a tutto. Pulizia perfetta. Buon punto di partenza per visitare l’isola con le escursioni organizzate da Salomon. Possibilità di cenare il villaggio al ristorante italiano. Bellissima cena africana con spettacolo masai. Tutto perfetto! Ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore a Zanzibar

Piccolo angolo di paradiso con appartamenti e ville. Piscina dotata di lettini per un relax assicurato. Personale masai sempre disponibile e gentile. La gestione è italiana. Il mare e la spiaggia privata distano solo 200 mt. Ci ritorneró sicuramente!

Very nice arpartment! All was like the description. Lovley kitchen, beautyfull terrace, very good bed, nice pool area. The staff Was very friendly and helpfull. Perfect WiFi!!! We feel like home this week

I have a great time with my son in an amazing styled appartement. The service of the manager was excellent (Solomon), the other people in the residence lovely and the masai security friendly and helpfull. Try out the italian restaurant in la Pili. I absolutely recommend this place!! many thanks Rianne
