  • Guest：The staff were brilliant. Everything I asked they accommodated me even allowing late check out for free allowing me to enjoy their pool spa & sauna facilities. Misplaced my room card late at night & was replaced without charge or question asked with smile . Highly recommend
  • Guest：It’s badly neglected and the standards for cleaning are extremely low. There were dead insects on the windowsill and the interior of the wardrobe had a thick layer of dust. The common areas are also in a sorry state, lacking maintenance, poorly cleaned and with random pieces of furniture and appliances scattered throughout the property. No housekeeping for multiple nights stay. No shower gel provided. I can’t believe that a company like Best Western allows this establishment to use their brand.
  • Guest：I am a regular customer at this hotel and stay here every month for 2 to 3 days. I genuinely enjoy the location and overall experience, which is why I keep coming back. However, my experience with room cleanliness has been inconsistent. Sometimes the rooms are perfectly clean, but other times they require more attention and improvement in housekeeping standards. The biggest issue for me is the WiFi. It is by far the worst aspect of the entire building. The connection is extremely poor and unreliable—honestly, I can get much better internet speed at nearby shopping malls. Improving the WiFi would make a huge difference to the overall guest experience.
