The staff are excellent The hotel is perfectly clean and in an ideal location close to local parks and crystal clean fountain water Check in and out with a minimum of fuss We found the food in the restaurant to be of excellent standard The room was spacious and perfectly clean with a view over the park towards mountains

Café Orea is to be found in Orea Cristal hotel & restaurant in the centre of Mariánské Lázně (Marienbad until 1918), one of the Great European Spas. The café offers coffees, soft-drinks & pastries. You can have your coffee inside or weather permitting at the street-side terrace. go for a take-away. While visiting Marienbad we spotted the café and went for an espresso macchiato. The coffee was very good. Recommended.

Disappointed. No dogs allowed since January 2022. We have been going to the hotel for five years. This year, the ban caught us by surprise. They made an exception for us this time because we had already paid in advance for our stay. However, they don't specifically point out the change on the website. Also, the composition of the guests has changed. It used to be a diverse mix. Today only one unnamed language group in the 75+ age range. The breakfast buffets were empty like after the grasshopper raid. Apricots on a plate of at least 10. The spa was full of them, not possible to finde a free place in the jacuzzi. The service in the hotel and the level of accommodation cannot be faulted. The standard was the same as the previous four visits. But this was our last.

I stayed for 5 nights.Got the room at 5 floor.Small round window,so it is dark in the room.Nice breakfast,friendly service and employees.The pool is very small,but nice temperature.2 thermal springs in the reception
