Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory. The door to my room was damaged, and there was no way to access it from the hallway. The only “solution” offered was to enter through the connecting door of another room, a situation that is completely unacceptable and compromises the guest’s safety, privacy, and comfort. Despite the seriousness of the issue, no form of compensation was offered, nor was an appropriate solution provided. This type of failure reflects a lack of proper maintenance and poor management when dealing with serious problems. I expected a much more responsible response consistent with the level of service the hotel claims to offer.

Una muy buena alternativa para viajar en familia, los alrededores están en adecuación, cuando terminen los proyectos será una zona muy completa y queda cerca a la ciudad amurallada.

The hotel was exactly as described. Housekeeping didnt go once to deliver towels, change sheets or touch up the room until the final day I was there, but I was already about to check out. The ladies at the downstairs restaurant weren’t the friendliest, but the staff on the rooftop restaurant were funny, outgoing, very informative, offered many suggestions and made the time up top very fun. Overall, I would go back. The room was so cute!

The coffee was good. But we can't eat because we saw flies over the food. In the rooftop everything was good too. But We ordered a coconut lemonade and the coconut was bad. They didn't replace it, they just added more sweetener to try and mask the bad taste.

Bondo was absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind, helpful & attentive all hours of the day. The room was elegant, clean & with an amazing view. The terrace was outstanding, clean, and very well-kept. I will absolutely be back.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. I loved the rooftop deck & pool. The location right across from the beach was importantly convenient, since I visited the beach and swam in the sea almost every day.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my last trip to Colombia, and it was an excellent experience. On both occasions, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. They were very sweet with my baby and helped me get hot water for her bottles. The food at the café on the first floor is amazing!!!!!! The girls at the café were always wonderful and incredibly kind. The rooms are beautiful!!!!! Extremely comfortable. At all times, they were so thoughtful and attentive. I even made a mistake with my second reservation, and they helped me right away. I am very grateful, I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back a thousand times.

I love this hotel! Staff and vibe are really cool! Neighborhood can see some improvement, not many restaurants walking distance. Beach is right across the street so that's cool, and local stores are just steps away. 5-10 min taxi to downtown walled city area. They have a cool rooftop with lots of seating areas, cabanas, etc. Definitely coming to this place every time I visit.

The view and location from the room is amazing. Staff friendly. We think more pots and pans and utensils should be supplied, and a microwave. It is impossible to cook without this. Also, there was construction noises during the day. But most importantly, we think the hotels should all get together and DEMAND that the rivers and parks have the plastic and rubbish removed. AND fines for anyone throwing rubbish, the people are just so careless with their rubbish. It is such a negative experience for tourists and I would not recommend Cartegena to international tourists just because of the rubbish in the beautiful waterways and on the beach. I know this is not the individual hotels fault, but they should get together and demand this stops as it would be better for business.
