Service was good ..food was great but they charged 200Rs for 20Rs glass which our little one accidentally broke ??

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference.
Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Thank you, Ramandeep and team, for making my stay so memorable—I can’t wait to return!

The service was amazing! The room was really clean and well kept! The associates were very friendly and helped take out the stuff to our rooms! The valet parking staff was great! The hotel it self was nice! The food for breakfast was really good! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are very good. Room service is very good. Food quality is very good. Staff behaviour is very good. Especially Ms. Priya's cooperation and behaviour is excellent. One suggestion; hotel should provide complimentary car cleaning facility.

It was such a amazing day at Mercure chandigarh............ I had such a wonderful stay it was my 2nd stay here I really like the rooms and food Staff is so helpful specially front office team Raman ,Rupakshi and afroz and pankaj Surely visit again

It was an amazing stay at Mercure. Food was also good. Amazing service and staff. Special mention to Priya at reception, and Pawan at the restaurant. Rooms are cozy and linen is fresh, pillows are soft and bathrooms are clean. Keep up the good work..

Wonderful hotel and excellent service. Rita checked us in very efficiently. The restaurant choice was good for buffet breakfast the and the team offered some of best service we have had, even compared to the 5 star delux hotels we stayed at. Thank you to all the in restaurant team, Sahil, Pankaj, Prema, Simran and Pulak, you were all brilliant. Rooms were lovely and big and house keeping service was great. No big reception areas, but lovely restaurant, rooms and service. Only 5minutes from the mall and good location.

Good hotel, I am not so sure about the location. Lacked privacy. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
