Great service from Citadel team. Got a free upgrade to a sea/marina view from the manager. Everything was perfect. Lost my phone in the restaurant and the staff managed to find it and keep it safe for me.

房间挺不错的住的1001第一栋第一间房，去reception和A区餐厅非常方便，酒店特别大，好几个餐厅，但自主餐食大差不差，没有预订到一家意大利餐厅有点可惜。

网上风评两极分化的一家酒店，还是大胆尝试了，总的来説是Ok的！在赫尔格达的全包酒店来説算性价比很高，首先check in的先生很nice，没有收小费也给我们一间非常不错的房型，在3号楼，去哪里都很方便。房间乾净，阳台很大正对着泳池景色也非常棒，酒店三餐全包，由于只住一晚没能体验要预约的意大利餐厅。其他餐厅非常的难吃，除了早餐勉强凑合之外其他简直难以入口。只推荐尝试披萨和意麪。另外网上説的歧视问题没有遇到，遇到的人基本都很热情，个别态度冷淡点的（点鸡尾酒的地方）好像对谁都那样，总体来説想要出片想要性价比的姐妹可以冲！

这个酒店绝对超预期 ob跟这个我都住了我喜欢这个现在赫尔格达天气贼冷风贼大这个酒店不管白天晚上都有活动娱乐设施也非常多随处可见的咖啡区饮品区喜欢热闹的有意思的来这个喜欢纯躺平的隔壁啦

非常好！环境优美出门就能看到海还帮我们免费升级了豪华套房就在酒店大厅旁边位置非常近而且工作人员都很友善前台的杜飞还会讲中文非常厉害中文水平让人惊呆了而且一日三餐都很好的供应酒水畅饮工作人员都超级热情海水也超级的蓝有三种不同的蓝色超级美丽

很美的度假酒店，一价全包，坐落在赫尔格达郊区，离市区三十分钟，要出海不建议住这里，这里就适合躺平。整体房间空间也比较大，提前到达，前台让我们寄存了行李，给我们手牌去吃早饭，自助餐还是比较丰盛的。晚餐可以选单点的意大利餐厅（但是务必在app上提前一天预订）总体很美，适合疯狂拍照！

还可以服务都还不错并没有像网上説的很歧视亚洲人不过对比确实对白人更热情一些估计是小费给的更多其他就是就是房间用品太少了拖鞋牙刷浴袍都没有
