Beautiful Hotel for Holidays in Paradise. The Ocean View Room was uphill, which always left us with a small walk up some stairs through a beautiful Jungle-Like Resort. The View was worth it. Service and hospitality was also top!

Really enjoyed this resort. One thing you need to know, for the standard rooms you need to go up by car every time when you want to go back to your room. Not a big issue as they are very fast, really was amazed, in 3-4 days never had to wait longer then 1-2min to go to my room up the hill. Family loved the greenery, actually pretty OK snorkling in front of the hotel as well if you have trained eyes, lots to see!

We found this resort was a bit overpriced considering rhe actual installations. The location is good, the service is great, the grass area is a nice spot for sunset. Lots of sun umbrellas were broken, the pool was not that clean with suncream marks on the mosaics, the room was not soundproof, … All these details that make this resort overpriced for the actual experience.

床单有些味道 其它都挺好

度假村硬件条件很好，游泳池水质不错，房间内的bath也很舒服。有独立沙滩，沿小山坡园林也不错。早餐质量稳定，服务比较快捷。周边环境一般，附近的长沙滩质地不错。 客房服务一般，罕见地出现了服务人员留下屋内查房退房，但未核对。整体服务有虎头蛇尾的感觉，请酒店订了送码头的车，已经确认后又修改时间安排跟人拼车。

Everything is amazing, i really recommend this hotel

We stayed at rawi warin for 4 nights in one of the hillside rooms. The room was spacious with a small balcony. The bed in particular felt huge as it was 2 beds pushed together. As other reviews mention, the hillside rooms are about a 10 mins walk away from the main pool. Walking is quite pleasant though as you are surrounded by greenery. And there's a closer hillside pool that has a great view. The facilities were great esp. the main pool which was huge, chlorine free, and very empty past 6pm - we were often the only ones using it in the evening. Also enjoyed the table tennis and pool tables. My only piece of feedback is that the resort could be better lit at night - it was too dark walking down paths/stairs. Loved seeing lizards and monkeys around the resort. Didn't try the hotel food much - there are some good restaurants a short walk away. The stretch of beach attached to the resort was beautiful and good for swimming.

Staff with a very professional attitude, providing excellent services, always with a smile. Delicious and very varied breakfast, nice swimming pools-excellent from every aspect!

设施非常齐全了，有五星级该有的所有标准设施，就是健身房和娱乐设施过於老旧。房间衞生和设施还是相当满意的。 酒店有私人沙滩，海景泳池，最亮眼和令人满意的就是这个主泳池了，天气好可以看到很美的落日，这个酒店大部分时光都是在这里度过的。 酒店员工都非常友善，服务质量很高。配得上五星级标准。早餐的品种还有待提高。
