Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Very nice hotel to stay! Rooms are so big…especially with balcony! Housekeeping are working very good! Launge club do not recommend…nothing to do there for $50! Location is perfect! All official organizations are very closed. Recommended!

?? 简单舒适：一次满意的住宿体验这次的酒店住宿体验非常令人满意，简单总结就是：舒服、方便、服务好。 ?? 房间设施：恰到好处的舒适 * 床铺超级舒服：床垫和枕头软硬适中，一觉睡到自然醒，睡眠质量非常好。 * 衞生整洁：房间和浴室都非常乾净，没有异味，让人住得安心。 * 隔音效果好：晚上很安静，完全没有被外界噪音干扰到。 * 地理位置方便：靠近我要去的地方（或交通枢纽），出行很方便。

酒店的总经理是客户的朋友，受到了额外的优待！

房间很乾净，出门就是索菲亚广场，旅行很方便，酒店人员很好，因为我们是开车去的，当地停车费不知道怎么交，酒店经理特地为我们交了停车费，而且没和我们索取，只是温馨提示，车费只能交到下午1点，让我们抓紧时间逛逛，人非常好。附近有很多餐厅和酒吧，便利店在酒店出门后的左手边，需要走3-5分钟左右

Perfect room with perfect view. Excellent location. It was very nice to get upgrade and free breakfast. Parking is not cheap $22 per day
