墨尔本我最爱的酒店之一，各方面都很优秀！！But，?提醒一下大家：如果想尝试早餐记得预订的时候一定要定含早的！否则，到了以後每一个都是单点（包括咖啡??）而且还要加10%服务费；相比较而言，含早还是划算很多的

提着箱子Walkin到酒店，门口礼宾接过行李登记了讯息直接送到房间。前台很多亚洲面孔，接待我们的好像是一位霓虹妹子，服务不错，客房景观也很棒。对面车站有超市，楼下是电车站，CBD范围内都是免费搭乘的超级方便，晚上回来还开了夜床，送了小盆友果汁和手写卡片，服务体验上比悉尼嘉佩乐好多了。

The hotel is very cleverly designed and its positioning on high floors gives it great views over the city. It is near Marvel Stadium which is good if you attending something there, but not great generally. The staff are attentive and polite. The rooms are modern and clean and have all the facilities you need. (plenty of charging ports) The spa / gym are well appointed although the treatments are unnecessarily expensive. We had two breakfasts at the hotel. Stick to coffee, fresh fruit and eggs as the rest of the dishes were bland and or defrosted including a "toasted" savoury croissant that was still cold inside.

Everything is perfect! I will stay in your hotel next time I come to Melbourne. Great!!!

Facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna) opens 24hrs so it was really great.

Very good service and wonderful facilities. The spa and sauna were particularly amazing but are located within the male and female change rooms. The pool is beautiful and the view from the lobby and restaurant wraps all around the top floor :)

This is Melbourne’s tallest hotel, the lobby is on the 80th floor and rooms offer spectacular views.

Service was up to expectation after giving my feedback to Mr Toh. I believe that service can be better, especially the room service as every day, service done to my room is diff and i had to call for certain amentitiesmost of the days as they are missing. Beautiful view from room.
