The amenities were great and my kids love the pool area. One of the best resort in the area. My family and I will be back.

Parking fees and resort fees are bot included in price. Elevators are far away from parking. Elevators are slow. Beach and pool are great as well as breakfast buffet.

The team was very friendly beginning with the nice lady who checked us in. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The amenities were amazing and my family really had an amazing time. We are definitely going back.

Rooms are clean as is the hotel. Property is nice. Pools were good but I felt they were too warm but could have been the extreme heat wave. Not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas for everyone. Hotel states you cannot hold chairs with towels but lots of guests run down in the early morning and “ stake their claim” with towels, hats, shirts, etc…and they don’t come down to pool until midday. Frustrating for guests but I don’t know how they can prevent it…

This is the only place we will stay at Myrtle Beach. Once you stay here, you’ll see why. The best pool, plenty of food options on site, and the spa downstairs all make it a one stop shop. Always able to check in and not have to leave the entire trip

Services was great! Food was good. Pool side restaurant. Ocean front balcony. Only downside there was no microwave for left overs or food brought for long stay…
