Having only a few guests at an all-inclusive hotel could have felt strange – but here it felt exclusive instead. A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. We won’t forget the raki anytime soon.

The hotel is clean, rooms have enough space for families with childrens, everything is luxurious. Highly reccommended.

When you arrive, you don't arrive directly in front of the hotel, you walk from the bus with heavy luggage about 200 m to get to the entrance, the bus doesn't even go any further. The first two days looked promising, but then we saw the shortcomings. You came to the table, and when the dining room was full, there was no cutlery at half the tables, you had to wait for them to bring it to you, for breakfast you were given tea and coffee in paper cups, what was left of breakfast, such as hot dogs and sausages, was then cut into mixed dishes for lunch and dinner. My 3-year-old child vomited minced meat and pasta from 2 am to afternoon, and then my mother did the same. On top of that, there were intestinal problems and we only drank bottled water, and put the portion we ate on our plates. Then we asked other Czechs and the problems were the same. Intestinal problems and some even vomited, the day after that I started vomiting and that really ruins your vacation, out of 7 days you have 4 because you spend them in your room. The food selection is endless. Sushi once a week, shrimps alone twice a week. All inclusive meals were very limited, lunches only in the dining room, no possibility to eat outside. From 2 to 7 pm only watermelon and apple were available, beach bar until 5:30 pm and at 5 pm they said that they had already washed the coffee machine and you were out of luck. Having an all inclusive bar until 5:30 pm by the sea is very little. Programs for adults once a week one music for two hours. Programs for children according to their Instagram last July-August, dancing with a stuffed animal in the morning (it was - 30 min), mini disco every day in the evening, it was not even once. I definitely do not recommend the hotel, 5* absolutely did not correspond to its services. The pool was already cloudy after lunch and where there were children, I'm not even talking about the sun loungers by the pool for the hotel for about 1/10 people. When leaving in the morning, the snack was in the form of slices of salami and butter closed in a box and dry bread. There was nothing to spread it on, probably with your finger :-D.

I highly recommend Luxury Premium Finese hotel, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, with stunning views, delicious dining options , attentive staff helpful and always available . Also spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. I will come back for sure!

The hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely sandy beach with lots of sunbeds. The sea is shallow and sandy, very suitable for swimming with children. The hotel has a swimming pool. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bathrobes, slippers, shampoos are all available and replenished every day. The restaurant on the fifth floor has an amazing view of the sea. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast while looking at the stunning sea, and in the evening – a colourful beautiful sunset. In addition to all the beauty that you see around, the sea and the interior of the restaurant, you also get pleasure from food. Because they cook in this restaurant with a soul. The food is very tasty and varied. There’s meat, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and delicious desserts. I don’t usually eat cakes, but here I couldn’t resist them! Thank you to all the staff – everyone was friendly and helpful. You made our stay unforgettable. I definitely recommend this hotel!
