Lovely stay at Albero rooms - very comfy and cosy! I want to make a special mention of how clean the room was! It was spotless and added to a great experience at Albero rooms.

Max albero I’m a regular at Albero lounge and always the staff are nothing but the best. Today served by Max I haven’t seen before I guess a newer member of staff. But his presence, hospitality and such a fantastic polite personality shun through the restaurant tonight. Must give credit to one that takes such pride in his job and the effort he made to every customer was noticed and much appreciated. Just a really Lovely lovely young man to be served by. Thank you for an amazing pleasurable evening as alway but Max deserves a tap on the back, payrise, bonus or a promotion ??

Stuff lovely but in a room a lot of dust and two massive spiders. In general place is on great location and atmosphere is really nice. Only improvement I can say it needs is that rooms need to be cleaner.

Our third stay, a different room again. Lovely rooms with eclectic decor. The bed was huge & comfortable. Bathroom had large shower and all amenities needed. The added bonus is the roll top bath in the room, my partner lived being able to watch TV while soaking! All the staff at Albero are helpful & friendly which is part of the reason we keep coming back!

The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!

The room and view facilities were fantastic. The bar and restaurant downstairs were busy, but the accommodation upstairs was quiet. The Polish lad (I think) who works there was really friendly, helpful, and quirky. The only two slight issues were that the parking was a bit of a trip but not a deal breaker (￡10 per p/night) and that there was a group staying in the room next door who must have been chain-smoking as it stank out the corridor, etc. Other than that, the stay was top class and I will stay there again when visiting Bedford.

Best stay in Bedford
I have stayed here numerous times in the last couple of years and for a room there is nowhere better and the bed is so comfortable. I’ve been in every room and each one is unique but each is fantastic.

These guys know customer service and they're not afraid to use it! We had a problem on our last visit to Bedford and Oli and his team went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Simply can't recommend this hotel highly enough. As well as that, it's central, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. Really, don't think twice, just make Albero your first choice for Bedford.
