We had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by KC at the reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The facilities were top-notch with beautiful views of Lake Balaton and plenty of activities for the child in the kid's club. The rooms were child friendly design and clean. The dinner was impressive offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the family park which was well-maintained and never felt overcrowded. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to KC and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!:)

Very clean hotel, food r good. Staff r not good we have very bad treatment from one of the staff, a manger, unfortunately we couldn’t cancel booking so we stay. But.. Hotel r very good! Kids area perfect. Water park perfect rooms super clean..

I haven't yet done check out so maybe the price will scare me. That being said my kids loved it here, lots of kids things to do for children (in the summer) food was great. and room were good. AC didn't cook to reception supplied us with both a fan and an portable cooling unit. They plan to renovate the entire air conditioning as well. Special shout out to the German Carlson who is the head chef. I enjoyed all my meals here. Everyday is food from a different region and I quite enjoyed it. I have put on way too much weight on this vacation. Also shout out to Vin who works in the restaurant, he was my server the first day and he took care of my every night I came in. He even noticed that my daughter likes to eat with a pink spoon and started keeping it for her. I was supposed to leave in 5 days, changed my flight and stayed for 10 nights. I will visit again yearly until my children are too old to enjoy.

It is a relative new and the only five star hotel on the south shore of the lake Balaton. The prices are high. The cons: It is early afternoon, and I am sitting in my uncleaned room. The outside temperature is 40°C and the aircondition hardly works. It's max capacity 26,5°C. We were informed about this on our arrival at the front desk. When this hotel was built the reeds on the shore were extinct. This extinction is against all environment protection, because the reeds filter and clean the water of the lake. The extintion was perfunctionary, the reeds are growing back, and it is rather difficult to get in the water. the pros: The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious The hotel is a paradise for young couples with children, There are big and well equipped playgrounds and in- and outdoor pools with numerous sildes. This is why the garden and the restaurant is rather noisy. We booked breakfast and diner. The food is plenty and in excellent quality. The garden is big, and there is a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. All in all, for grown ups, and elderly this hotel is recomended in late spring or in the early autumn.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Familienhotel der oberen Preisklasse. Sehr bemühtes Personal, . Es wird gro?en Wert auf kindgerechte Einrichtung gelegt, Kinder WCs, Kinderbuffet auf Kinderaugenh?he. Sehr ruhige Zimmer durch Schallschutz, gut ausgerüstet mit Kaffeemaschine und Elektrowasserkocher.Angenehm leise Klimaanlage und gro?zügige Badezimmer.Auf Anfragen und Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert (extra Decken etc)Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einen W?schest?nder am Balkon, das würde nasse Handtücher am Balkongel?nder verhindern.

亲子旅游度假酒店，室内外水上项目丰富，室内游乐场超级大，解放妈咪。湖景美好，用餐方便，秩序井然，亚洲面孔不常见，丢了包包和游泳圈都顺利地找回??开车渡轮去Tihany小镇也是很好的体验。

Pì?kny ogromny obiekt z mnóstwem atrakcji dla dzieci. Po?o?ony nas samym Balatonem ze wspania?ym widokiem na jezioro. Wsz?dzie uprzejmi pracownicy, czysto we wszystkich wspólnych przestrzeniach. Minusem jest jednak cena wej?cia z basenów i bawialni. 441 zl za rodzin? 2+1 to troch? du?o.

Very Satisfied with all Services it was a good Decision to spend the Birthday of my son there the Team was exzellent, very good children Activities and also der FB Facilities the Spa for parents and the Playground for children and especially the waterpark!

Great hotel for kids, the rooms are perfectly tailored for children, the water park is excellent. The food is average, the service is okay but nothing more, and the significant downside is that there are no activities for children after 6:00 PM. No activities for children, the pool is closed, the playroom is closed, the kids club is closed, there are no activities in the lobby. And that's very disappointing because the kids get bored after 6:00 PM.

La nuovissima struttura è un vero paradiso per bambini: il family park offre un numero ed una varietà strepitosi di attrazioni differenti, all’interno così come all’esterno, acquatiche e non. L’offerta di divertimenti per i più piccoli è certamente impareggiabile e ci ha lasciati positivamente colpiti ed entusiasti. Anche la cucina è attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti più piccoli. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort, ampie e arredate con gusto, ed è molto bella l’area parco ed il fronte lago dove d’estate sono disposti lettini e ombrelloni. Abbiamo trovato la cucina complessivamente buona e di qualità ed il personale ci è apparso cordiale e disponibile. Ritengo tuttavia che ci siano anche alcuni aspetti da perfezionare. Mi permetto di segnalarli di seguito nella speranza di poter contribuire ad un ulteriore incremento della qualità dei servizi offerti. (1) Le condizioni generali (Terms and Conditions) pubblicate sul sito forniscono diverse informazioni errate. Una riguarda ad esempio gli orari della cena. Nel documento si legge che viene servita fino alle ore 22.00 per cui, arrivando il primo giorno attorno alle ore 20.00, pensavamo di poterci sistemare in camera e mangiare con calma. Abbiamo invece appreso che in realtà la cena viene servita soltanto fino alle 21.00 (sebbene già alle 20.30 il buffet inizia a scarseggiare ed i camerieri sono poco presenti). Ciò ha causato un po’ di stress. (2) Sempre in tema di ristorazione il servizio potrebbe essere un pochino più celere ed attento, ad esempio nel portare via i piatti sporchi, raccogliere le ordinazioni, rialimentare il buffet. I distributori di bevande hanno poi una capienza decisamente insufficiente. (3) Il giorno della partenza abbiamo optato per il “late check-out” per € 100 a camera, in modo da poter restare fino alle ore 18.00. Le chiavi (tessere) della camera si sono tuttavia disabilitate nel primo pomeriggio per cui siamo prima rimasti bloccati in ascensore (funziona solo con la chiave) e poi nel corridoio. Sono quindi andato alla reception per farmele riattivare ma, nonostante abbia atteso un po’, la procedura non ha funzionato e sono stati necessari più tentativi e viaggi a vuoto. Ovviamente sarebbe auspicabile che, prenotando il late check-out alla reception, l’operazione avvenisse automaticamente senza dispendio di tempo e fatica. (4) Il family park chiude alle ore 19.00 e con esso chiudono anche le piscine. Credo che sarebbe invece molto bello se ci fosse la possibilità di fare il bagno anche di sera (sarebbe anche adeguato per la categoria dell’hotel, vista la prassi in altri hotel in zona). Magari dopo le 19.00 le piscine potrebbero restare aperte per qualche ora per “adults only”? (5) Ho trovato molto carina ed originale l’idea per cui il menu varia in base alle tappe del viaggio di Willy Fog (tutto l’hotel è ispirato al giro del mondo in 80 giorni). Andrebbe però comunicata e “pubblicizzata” meglio, magari con una cartina o un elenco dei Paesi/tappe per ogni giorno
