The riom was small but clean. TV didn’t work very well. Very limited streaming worked.

The only issue is the check in wait time was over an hour. Long line! It made me late to my dinner reservations. Staff was nice and I got a free upgrade for inconvenience. It seems during a busy holiday they needed more check in staff.

There’s too many hidden charges that show up after you have already booked. The office was closed when we arrived

The staff was very nice. Overall the room was clean, except minor issue in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. Just suggest that more options are offered in the future. The beach was not not as clean as it was supposed to. Our family was not able to enjoy it which was one of the main reason we wanted to stay in that area.

I was upgraded to a better room to the Swan building. The room was clean except there was sand on the floor in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The room had a kitchen but I did not use it. Good hot water in the shower but too a long time to get hot. Good cable tv.

THE LADY AND BREAKFAST SECTION WAS VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER HER DEMEANOR NEEDS TO BE MORE PLEASEANT TOWARDS CUSTOMER HAS CUSTOMER ARE PAYING HER FOR SERVICES NOT TO TALK TO CUSTOMER DOWN TALKING LIKE SHE'S DOING CUSTOMER A FAVOR TO FEED THEM. OVERALL, WE DID ENJOY THE STAY THE CHECK IN STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEAGEBLE,
