Mala experiencia. Los recepcionistas son todos unos antipáticos, parece que les molestas, y ni te contestan cuando dices adiós… el desayuno un auténtico desastre, café que sabe a rayos, muy muy poca variedad, solo hay pan y poco fiambre y manzanas, ah y yogur… no volveré.

一開始看評價有點擔心這個酒店，但是單人間它比較便宜，忍了。位置還行，一站公交車到大教堂，在路邊比較好找，當然睡覺的時候靠路邊多多少少有點吵，另外隔音一般（走廊有動靜能聽見）。床還是有點不乾凈，床墊很軟，入住的時候前臺女生服務不錯。房間內沒有煮水器要自己買礦泉水回來喝。酒店早餐也還可以，自助式，比較豐富，這個價格我覺得還是值的

I chose this hotel as I have stayed on other visits to Cologne. Very disappointed to find my room had no suitable curtains to cover the window. No electricity in half of the room so I used an extension cable I borrowed from reception. The bathroom was partially renovated but had bare cables coming from the wall.
I approached reception concerning the problems and was promised my room would be changed the following morning. I approached reception in the morning to be told they would not change my room. This was due to other complaints and guests having to move to a sister hotel.
Clearly, this hotel is undergoing refurbishment. However, unfinished rooms should not be let.
I have asked for a refund and fully expect a suitable response from the manager. This hotel used to be very good. What has gone wrong???

離科隆大教堂和科隆火車總站步行12分鐘左右的路程，價格親民，房間小而齊全，安靜優雅，有格調，值得推薦！

Buena ubicación y personal amable.
Nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales (reservamos una con cama doble) que resultaron ser colchonetas con muelles que se salían. Probablemente fuesen de algún sofá cama muy antiguo.
Tuvimos que quejarnos dos veces para que nos cambiasen de habitación a una que era como la que habíamos reservado. La chica de recepción fue amable y comprensiva, pero tuvimos que insistir mucho.
En cuanto al desayuno, es extremadamente básico y para nada como en las fotos: solo tostadas con embutido, café bastante malo que te ponen en una jarra y yogures. Nada de bollería u opciones calientes.
Si lo encuentras a buen precio, puede ser una opción, pero no pagues de más por este hotel viejito.

Stay was ok but even for 3* I found various factors very upsetting;
#1. Stairwell main fire escape ALL doors were wedged open!! Is this legal?!
#2. Entering the room my first impression as a stained seemingly worn out carpet looking disgusting!!
#3. Using the toilet I found I could not close the door because the toilet IS IN THE WAY!!! *******!!!
#4. The safe for my keys, money and passport was BROKEN and impossible to use - no handle, no batteries. This gave me a worried feeling throughout my stay!!!
#5. THE TELEVISION DID NOT WORK - and it seems HASNT WORKED FOR WEEKS!! Outrageous and in breach of your contract.
#6. A small but simple point to correct - a missing bedside lamp shade.
#7. Finally just a point of service with the lady serving breakfast noisily clipclooping about in her shoes as well as being surly and noisy with serving and clearing breakfast

Nice location and great environment, no noise and decent breakfast

Water at the shower clogged. Had to wait around 10mins before the next person could use it.
I booked a family room, and I think have very little family room available. So, we were assigned to stay at Level 5. Somehow, the lift is only upto Level 3. We all had to carry out heavy luggages up the spiral staircase.
Staff was quite friendly.

位置很好，不行15的分鐘到科隆大教堂和火車站，工作人員也很熱情。非常不錯的選擇，是個獨自和朋友出行。
