Bel h?tel, bon accueil mais un peu vieillissant. Les salles de bains auraient besoin d'un rafra?chissement. Pour aller aux bains qui se trouvent sur place, c'est le parcours du combattant, c'est compliqué et pas pratique.

Chambres et lit confortable à l'h?tel de France malgré les taches d'humidité dans la salle de bains . Gros bémol de n'avoir pas été prévenu que les piscines de l h?tel sont fermées ( on se sait pas pourquoi). Obligation de payer le parking de l'alpentherme à l'office du tourisme dans le centre du village . Les batiments ont un grand besoin de rafra?chissement.

This mountain spa use to be one of the best places to relax in Europe. Since it changed management about five or six years ago it has deteriorated significantly. It now allows kids under 16 years old and often infants. The kids piss in the pool, dive off the structures and cause what used to be relaxing experience, too be a dangerous experience. The cleaning if the pool has deteriorated. The staff seems untrained...meaning you can wait a quarter of an hour for the reception to deal with one

Visited the spa only, not the hotel. The spa is exceptional and despite some poor reviews we found the staff to be welcoming, friendly, informative. Went for the Roman Irish experience with the brush massage. Very professional, relaxing experience and highly recommended. Various tariffs so you can pick and choose if you want just thermal pool entry, massage or sauna. The sauna village is recommended too. Both the Roman Irish area and the sauna are nude, no kids allowed. You book a time slot and chances are you will be alone for the 2 hour session, maybe just catching the previous couple leaving.
