  • Guest：We stayed here 3 adult family late Mar 26 .. and had a very wonderful stay thanks to the crew, quality of room n especially the buffet. Firstly the reception was very helpful, Ginnieve checked us in despite some booking issues; Fran?ois Dubois was so helpful recommending winery visits on Sunday,n calling for potential horse rides.. Chanel was serving both breakfast n manning the reception and Evelyn who helmed breakfast was great.. all were so accommodating to us. Left us which such a warm experience n especially so since this was our first time in Bordeaux.. Lastly n most impressive was Manager Dimitri. He would be there to during breakfast and made special effort to make us all 3 comfortable with our special ordered coffee (2 long expresso shots with hot milk) and cut baguette to dip into soft boiled eggs n for us 3 Sporeans. Wow special n yummy! Made our stay so much more meaningful! The hotel is very well located with ample public open spaces just meters away from hotel. And breakfast was super!! Plus their Restuarant on site was very good n reasonable!! See the menu and picturea of food.. We tried for lunch n was v impressed. Additionally there's other nearby restaurants both local n a v nice Vietnamese food run by a homely family.. great beef pho especially for cold nights!! All in, will return n recommend others to Come!!

  • Guest：Check in, room quality and breakfast buffet were all excellent!! And most of all the staff, very friendly and helpful. Especially staff Fran?ois (gave very good suggestions for vineyards), Giniviene (checking us in despite some issues) Channel and Evelyn. In particular Dimitri, who was most engaging, doing what was probable best coffee for us over the 4 mornings!! Breakfast spread was wonderful! We enjoyed size of the room and love coffee machine!! However a good improvement would be to give more free coffee capsules instead of just 2! Otherwise great location and big free parking lots across the road. And yes great views from our room as we faced the river! And its very convenient to many great wineries in Pauillic, St Julien Margaux etc.. Will definitely recommend to others.
  • Guest：This was a one night stop, place was clean but very tired, there is a lift. However, the restaurant was down some very steep stairs. We stayed there on a Monday night so most restaurants closed, leaving us the option of eating in the hotel, whose menu was meat driven. I do wish that these older hotels would put in walk in showers and not over baths.
