Guest：The staff should not deceive by saying that they do have room for future dates if they know it is not true. They made me waste time to be able to book somewhere else by saying they would have a place when they knew it wasn't true.This happened 2 times with a different person.: 2023-12-01

Guest：It was very hot absolutely no windows and no ventilation. There was no remote for the tv and the ceiling fan did not work. When we first walked into the room there was a water bug and two crickets on the food the bed still had someone else's hair in it: 2024-05-01
