We got upgraded from 1 st day the rest of our stay was great and parking attendant bones was great

Lobby is soo nice so we didn't expect we will end up disappointed.. Room is small and doesn't have cabinet...only towel rack. Bathroom is clean but bidet, shower and flush is not working we have to coordinate with front desk all the time and magbaon ng insect spray or lotion sobrang daming lamok sa room namin :(

Zimmer etwas klein kein Schrank zur Ablage.Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.Für Kurztrip geeignet.Sehr gutes Frühstück

Parkplatzsituation zu Verkaufsoffenem Sonntag leider sehr schlecht getroffen. Auto musste weiter auserhalb geparkt werden und Abends dann umgeparkt werden. Sonst ein sehr sch?nes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.

Overall ok but the ROOM is small and not very clean… Sand on the Floor and dusty !

Bathroom lamp sound loudly. So annoying. Cocroach in the floor. No soup provide. Overall ok

Most exercise equipment was broken. The pool was inside in the middle of the restaurant. No one would ever swim in it. Standard room beds were 2” thick foam pads on 2x4s

dissatisfactions with communication and check-in To be improved: Communication via the Hotels app were not responded to. Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience.
