You made a reservation for a small 3 Star Budget room. We do have nicer rooms available. We do not advertise a Restuarant. Upon check in if there were any problems you should have attended reception so we could address at that time. We give free unlimited internet to everyone for 7 days. If ;you have issue with your PC unfortunately we are a motel not a computer store that fixes PC issues. All dishes in rooms go through an industrial dishwasher for health and safety reasons.
