Guest：on 8/23 at 10pm We parked our rental car outside in the hotel parking lot. On the morning of 8/24 at 730am we discovered that our left rear wheel (rim & tire) was robbed and the car left sitting on its rotor. When we notified the hotel, no action was taken: no apologies, no investigation, no compensation. I asked for a video but they argued that only law enforcement agencies can request and see those security videos. The hotel has a sign in the parking lot with a disclaimer on total or partial loss of your vehicle. This is somehow normal, but what I find unacceptable is the fact that they have NO security personnel to try to deter these robberies.
