  • Guest：Decent stay Clean rooms , highly secure and very conveniently located close to Napoli termini. Self check in process wasn’t clear and wasn’t laid out to follow. You might want to get the details from the host in advance Some of the drawbacks were that the elevator was small and required us to make multiple trips to get our 2 suitcases and a stroller up . The staff was rude and bossy Overall all a decent stay and great for a night if you are spending most of the time exploring Naples.
  • Guest：First time using B&B. I didn’t know what to expect. There’s no lobby. The hotel staff contacted me directly to find out my arrival time and I was afraid to give my information over the phone. The guy was very upset with us.
  • Guest：Nos dejaron esperando 2 horas para el check in. El responsable no se comunicó haste que otro huésped lo contactó y su respuesta fue que nos había enviado un mensaje que respondí y el no se volvió a comunicar.
  • Guest：Hotel was in a bad part of town, garbage all over streets outside the doors, room was decent, washroom was not in the best condition, cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning, WiFi never worked, lied about check out time as our reservation said 11 however they kicked us out at 10. Would not stay again as the service was very poor and unnacommodating compared to all our other stays.
