We don't understand how you can leave us a review when, as you say, you didn't stay with us. In fact, we welcomed you but didn't even have time to show you around our house, let alone your room. You wanted us to direct you to a parking spot on your GPS. We did this by directing you to the Les Halles central parking lot, which is open 24/7 and accessible to everyone, and is a 5-minute walk from our house (you received all the necessary information regarding access to our guesthouse and a list of nearby parking options three days before your arrival). While feedback helps us improve, there's not much we can do about parking. Furthermore, we would like to point out that we welcome 1,000 guests per year, and it seems you are the only one who couldn't find parking near the property.Sincerly.Jean-Luc et Valérie.
