First room the door wouldn’t lock, got another room which seemed ok at first but kitchen was filthy dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from previous guests, fridge,microwave, oven hadn’t been cleaned , bottom of bed cover was really stained and dirty

We had a great one night stay, excellent location for restaurants etc maybe some noise from outside but not the worst. Apartment was fresh, clean and modern. Was a little apprehensive given other reviews but apartment 1 was excellent and at a great price. Furniture, bathroon and appliances look brand new. We would definitely stay again

Close to the city centre, but that comes with the noises of being in earshot of the bars. If you want to party you have it all around this stay.

The apartment was not perfect, but clean & comfortable. In the City centre, but not noisy at all, but it was midweek.

Great location!
Robert was a lovely host, very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed having the extra space to relax. Street noise can be a bit loud, but the location is great! Host also provided ear plugs for the noise.

The place is run down, somewhat dirty, no Wifi. Staff was sometime surly, generally unhelpful or at least unable to help. Though it was kind of them to leave earplugs out as the bar across the street was very loud. No remote for the TV. No refrigerator. Very bare bones. Breakfast was bleak, toast and jam. The only place there was Wifi was in the breakfast room in a different building. This place was more like a youth hostel, and if I judge it on those terms it was ok at about ￡80 a night. But not as a hotel. Though it is within close walking distance to the train station, so that was helpful.

Las camas un desastre, le faltaría un poco más de limpieza. Justitos en el tema toallas, ya que faltaban alguna que otra en los cuartos de ba?o. Por lo demás estaba todo bastante correcto aunque faltaría armario para la ropa. La situación del apartamento excelente.

The pillows are the fluffiest i’ve ever felt. I also loved the attention to detail. Very luxurious and definitely coming back here again. I wish I stayed more than one night as it was definitely worth the money. it’s only a 10 minute walk from the towns city centre

Was shocked to read some reviews. We stayed in 2 bedroom appartment last minute after ferry at Ullapool was cancelled due to weather. 2 good sized bed rooms, 1 on suite, additional bathroom. Decent sized living/ open plan kitchen with all fixtures and kitchen equipment supplied. Great stay and very clean.
