the worst place i ever stayed. it looks very in the pictures . but in reality is very old and full of dust. wifi doesn’t work too. No soap to wash your hands in the wash room. and when i want to barrow an iron . from desk told me i have to pay for using it. ?what a place. very disappointed. they should not offer this property.

好像**的酒店，?好老旧，而且也是用锁匙开门，?房内控制灯掣panel亦有问题，另外房内有些灯烧了，叫前台过来帮忙更换，等到11点后才有人揿钟，基于安全理由我没有开门，不过一个人住真的惊惊

停车场的停车位不多，而且停车格较小，比较大台车停完之后不好开门进出，柜台服务普普，没有主动告知早餐在哪享用，还是自己询问才知道在一楼，房间算大间，灯光偏昏暗，还有插座数量太少了，整体算是中规中矩，早餐也是中规中矩，

We booked for one week 7 nights, but decided to cancel and moved out after one night -- the beds were too too soft, had bad back pains the next morning! Also the Internet didn't work!!
The staff were very accommodating, tried to switch rooms for us but all beds were soft...

这次因为在林口有两日职业进修，不想花太多金额在住宿方面只求一夜好眠，已此为目的的话，华夏饭店有完美达成，甚至超过预期，虽然是比较老旧的饭店，但服务态度、提供的早餐以及住宿品质都很是超值的（前台及早餐服务人员态度好，房间提供免费饮水、床铺乾净整洁、卫浴舒适、早餐好好吃，隔音品质虽不是太好，但到了睡觉时间都很安静，住宿的旅客品质都好）

住三楼, 冷气非常大. 进房时冷气已开, 设定25度, 但房内是18度, 一直没有升温. 把冷气停掉还有19度, 幸好我一个人住, 拿另一床的被子来盖才能睡着.
基本上没有网络, 几个都要不连不上, 连上也上不了网. 第二天早上出门前跟前台说了, 他们说找人去看, 结果晚上回来还是一样.
