  • Guest user：Very good location, food was good, staff friendly
  • Guest user：From check in to check out everyone I dealt with was so polite and helpful! The Duty Manager Lucas was so accommodating when I requested to extend my stay due to family circumstances. The buffet breakfast was a delicious spread of all things breakfast! Room service was fast and the food arrived hot! The location is perfect to all Auckland City amenities. And the Rose Gardens across the road are a perfect morning stroll.
  • Guest user：Room was not ready on arrival at 4pm. Front desk staff didn’t seem to apologetic or concerned. Bar staff were nicer to deal with Room was comfortable and good size. Close to city but not too busy area.
  • Guest user：We stay at the Rose Park frequently as we just love the location, nice staff, relaxed atmosphere and it's 'easy'. The rooms suit what we need and like and the parking is a bonus. Thank you, we will be back yet again. :)
