Your booking was at our lowest available rate (€135/night peak season). Fresh orange juice and crystal-clear pool water are part of every package – serving anything less was a failure on our side. Both issues have been immediately resolved: only fresh juice from now on, and pool system completely overhauled this week. You received the exact price and location promised; we did not deliver the expected quality on those two points. That gap no longer exists.
