  • Guest：Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Bathroom appeared clearn at first glance but there were lots of hairs on the floor and around the toilet. Shower temperature was erratic. No convenient plug sockets to dry hair.
  • Guest：Three of us met for a lighter lunch and two of us ordered from the set lunch fixed menu pointing to it as we ordered. However the bill was presented showing all dishes charged at the higher rates from the a la carte menu. To avoid embarrassment with friends the full bill was paid but a warning to other diners to watch out for this devious tactic
  • Guest：The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone. The rooms themselves were both lovely that we had booked. A double and a family room both lovely rooms.We did have a powercut to our room which meant we could not shower in the morning but that wasn’t a major deal for us and being a Sunday there wasn’t much they could do to get someone out quickly but the staff were quick at least trying to look themselves and see if it was an easy fix. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
