  • Guest user：周末来计划来古镇梅城玩，文化气息很浓，环新安江而建，酒店是新开的，设施设备比较齐全，露台江景泳池是亮点。前台小丽姐姐十分亲切，还为我们升级了房型，下午走在江边绿道真的很惬意，一次愉快的周末时光！
  • Guest user：交通：建德高铁站下来可以选择出租车或滴滴打车很方便，大约8分钟就可抵达酒店。服务：前台小姐姐很热情，天气冷给我们倒了热茶，很暖心。毛毛管家还帮我们拿行李送房间。环境：环境是无敌的，有面朝江景阳台，傍晚还可以绿道沿江漫步，很惬意。
  • Guest user：没有住，因为店家临时通知门店设备问题无法接待。但是安排了另一家，在古镇隔壁，闹中取静的故居店。携程客服同时间接入沟通，做了应急方案。虽然後者门店距离活动目的地较远。但是，在古镇，街上，周边非常便利。整体满意
  • Guest user：百度地图定位偏差很大，找了好一会儿到处打听总算找到了。刚到时发现没有房主，後来被告知checkin需要开车去客服中心办理，也是醉了。房屋里里外外细节感觉最近没有好好维护，不知道是不是因为过年的关系。晚饭要去古镇那边吃，早餐也是要开车去客服中心吃。总体感觉还是挺是失望的，环境和服务和前几天同样价格的桐庐民宿差距巨大，希望能有所改善吧。
