Let’s talk about good part of the hotel
? The staff is really friendly and helpful. Two little cute girls helped me a lot with my issues;
? There’s a floor and bed heating and it’s so nice in a cold winter day;
? The location is very convenient, there’s an old street and some temples;
? If to compare to other hotels, here is so quiet and calm in the mornings. Cleaning ladies aren’t speaking loudly using their wallow talkie ????

? I really didn’t like that the floor in my room was dusty since the first (!) day moved in;
? Too less toilet paper that’s not enough even for 1 person per day .
its a bit dark wood style but the room was OK and for once not too smoky ( we may have been the only staying guests). Staff are half asleep. Location is quiet
Amazing accomdation. Loved it, location is great, Kai helped us out with luggages and also recommended some good local food.
Heated floor was great and definitely a great stay
Wonderful hotel. Wouldn’t want to stay in another place in Shangri-La old town. Beautiful ******* style building, large rooms, considerate amenities. Food places in walking distance (breakfast places open at 8am, at least during the winter season).
