Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Love that it provided oxygen, humidifier as well as heated floor. The shower area was also heated. Location is near to ancient city.
The service of the innkeeper & his wife were commendable. Plus point taxi/DD can stop in front of hotel.
A large beautiful room with king size bed, radiant floor heating ( appreciated on a cool rainy arrival day!) Friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to assist us.
The hotel itself is close to the ancient city as well as to regular shopping and within walking distance of many sites.

The location is good. The boss and lady are so helpful, they helped us to carry big baggages. When we went to airport the boss picked up another customers so,the lady arranged the taxi without paid (they paid for us??????). She’s so generous
Amazing front desk service, and I loved that the rooms had oxygen supply for the high altitude. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the famous ancient street of Shangri-La. Highly recommend!
