Guest user：Highly recommended for a wonderful and grateful experience. The hosts are very fine people who actually put their guests needs first with genuine effort and humility. Simply the best checkin/checkout ever experienced. I would strongly recommend staying here for those who appreciate Tibeten culture and hospitality. I would not hesitate to visit here again the next time.

Guest user：A nice B&B managed by a couple. The location is good and near the ancient town. It was good that the room has floor heating in a cold winter time. The lady manager was friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and even gave me a free drop off to the Shangri-La airport. They have few cute cats in the hotel. Just wish they provide free breakfast. Overall the stay was nice.
