location is good, near to the east gate, convenient to travel to other attractions outside of dukezong ancient town (such as pudacuo national park) as taxis/buses do not drive into the ancient town.
the heating system is only turned on at night and it isn't very good, can feel a bit cold when the weather is around zero degrees. the room is also equipped with an oxygen machine in case one experiences altitude sickness, and a humidifier as the air there is fairly dry.
when we arrived on the first day, snacks in the form of local delicacies were provided which tasted nice. the staff are friendly and helpful too.

There is nothing for us to complain. It is really a plus point for the pick up service from the railway station to the hotel. Room is really good. The staff is a group of friendly people.

Super friendly and helpful staff who went over and above to ensure our comfort. Not only did they pick us up from the railway station, they also offered us their homemade dessert and a tray of local snacks on check-in. The room was very well equipped and came with an oxygen concentrator. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it’s very close to the main square.

The location is good, right next to the gate of the Old town. The owner and the staff were very helpful. They also helped us to book the tour to Balagezong which was a blast. The room was very clean and had no smoking smell.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Shangri-La. The owner is exceptionally helpful, kind-hearted, and considerate. He personally picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our journey so much easier. He even helped carry our luggage up to the third floor and ensured everything was taken care of.
The room was very nice, tidy, and spotless. He also upgraded us to a bigger room, which was a wonderful surprise.
The location is excellent, with the ancient old town and key attractions within walking distance.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! ????????

很舒服乾净，也很智能，制氧机很心，出门步行就到转经筒了，周边吃的超多，藏服也是一条街都可以租，去推转经筒很省事

民宿的小哥哥和小姐姐人都很好。到了高铁站，不知道打车终点，问了下酒店的人，他们主动来接我们了。刚到民宿，小姐姐就问我们是否有高原反应。得知我们有高原反应後，小姐姐就教我们怎麽用房间里的制氧机，也给另一个人用了氧气罐。最後一天要打车去高铁站，因为国庆人多一直打不到车。还帮忙送我们去高铁站了。
感受到来自民宿的温暖，五星好评。房间也是乾净衞生。洗漱用品甚至毛巾洗脸巾都是一次性的。

当天晚上11点抵达香格里拉地铁站，酒店小姐姐就安排了交通来接送，房间很乾净，毛巾全部都是一次性的，很衞生。虽然抵达的时候已经很晚了，酒店小姐姐还很贴心的为我们送上甜汤和当地的小零食！很好的入住体验。地点超级方便，可步行到独克宗古城
The hotel provide transportation service and pick us up from the Shangrila subway station to their hotel. The room was very clean and all the towels were disposable, which was very hygienic. Although it was very late when we arrived, they still served us sweet soup and local snacks! And very strategic location, just a 10min walking distance to Ancient town of Dukezong.

古城核心地段，到店有手办礼，由於第一天到达香格里拉，家里人有了高反，老板娘亲自泡了葡萄糖水非常感谢，房间内设备一应俱全，而且是智能设备，值得推荐

这家民宿太棒啦！！入住第一天晚上收到了前台小姐姐给送过来的银耳汤和小零食，超级暖心，房间非常乾净，设施也很齐全，有供氧机和地暖，位置也好，离古城很近，晚上可以出去溜达溜达。民宿老板人超级好，很热心的帮忙拿行李，中秋节那天晚上念叨要买个月饼回来吃，结果忘记了，回来发现桌子上有两个月饼，还有一张小纸条写着中秋节快乐！谁懂啊，在外过节有被温馨到！非常愉快的一次入住体验，强烈推荐！！！

到店後，有好吃的银耳汤和小零食，洗澡设备和各种智能设备非常好用。新风系统也让房间很通风不闷热，制氧机很好用！一晚上睡得舒服，不过枕头有点高，建议用记忆枕。

房间很乾净，准备的毛巾是一次性的，有地暖晚上开开很暖和，老板人很好接我们，推荐的包车司机也非常好，带我们去了纳帕海和普达措，孩子不舒服也赶紧帮我们送到医院了，服务非常好！推荐大家去玩！

房间特别乾净，也很新，洗漱用品及一次性用品都是有牌子的，很乾净安心！
管家姐姐很耐心很细心，因为是广东来的觉得有点乾燥，回到民宿发现添置了加湿器！房间还有免费的小零食和糖水，管家姐姐也很耐心介绍制氧机的使用方法、介绍香格里拉的旅游景点和买票方式。并且每次回来管家都会热情地打招呼。管家还主动帮忙提行李和接送，暖心??
下次还来香格里拉玩，继续住这！
