Heating (radiator) was not working in the room in February a very cold month . Portable Radiator given which also was not working then after another trip to front desk a portable oil heater was given which did work . Air conditioning only blew out cold air. T. V was not working correctly, screen was very fuzzy. I would not stay here again .

Stayed for a concert in the local theatre but hotel nneeds some things looking int as both myself and my sister contracted norovirus. The hotel room was riddled with damp and smelled bad. The staircase rails are filthy and grimy and need a good wash. The public toilets stink as you go past them . Staff

The room that was gave to us is very far from the picture uploaded in the site. Floor has stains. But all in all our stay was excellent. Polite staffs and breakfast is nice.

Booked for 2 nights but Booked another day the day before I arrived and managed to get the same room for3 nights.Very helpful staff.

Great parking, which is at a premium in Carmarthen. Fantastic breakfast. Cosy, but dated room.

we had a great time there, a little bit of photo shooting as we were going to Registration Office from this hotel. Perfectly clean and good lighting, spacious room for us.

Compared to Google Photos, the location appears to have been upgraded, and the receptionist is willing to assist.

Disappointing tired old hotel Very tired old hotel with creeking floors and outdated rooms. Noisy and couldn't get good sleep. I had asked for a normal double room but was given a disabled one. The ceiling in the bathroom was broken and just did not feel totally clean. Overall, very disappointed The only positive is the staff lady at breakfast room who was polite and friendly.
