  • Guest：和朋友各定了一间大床房，都遇到了在有空房的情况下把最破烂的房给我们的行为，不知道是怎么想的，遇到了问题要求换房，换了，有提升但不多，新换的房间电话线被剪断有任何事只能下楼找前台，提出这个问题前台无动于衷，连声抱歉也无，第二天退房问可不可以免费延时退房，説不可以，要加钱，这个我本来可以理解和接受，直到退房路过前台发现前台就摆了牌子写了五星好评可以免费延时退房…但是懒得折腾了
