Iconic building in Chicago, Illinois. Service is top notch, the stay is comfortable.

房間很大、浴缸也很大，服務和地理位置都很好，一岀來就是華麗一英里，非常適合逛街。

做為一個飯店界具代表性的指標飯店，表現還是不同凡響！雖然價格貴了點，但感受到的服務卻是物超所值，?快中午時想說先寄放行李，沒想到飯店美麗和善的柜臺小姐愿意提前給予入住，真是喜出望外，?整個旅游興致大加分，?這真是旅程中很重要的情緒價值，飯店整個環境位置非常的方便，各項設備也都很齊全，真的很贊。

房間大位置好，床很舒服，除了晚上街道警笛聲會有點吵，其它都很好。

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

房間中規中矩，這個價格沒有很出彩，大堂服務基本沒有，也可能不是白人，16前住過華盛頓dc的川普酒店，當時體驗感受是不錯的，至少服務還是有的
芝加哥這家只能呵呵了，不多收錢就不錯了
這次來住了好幾家酒店，都在downtown，普遍沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋，這些需要自備

房間寬敞大氣大約有50/60平米，衞生間也很大約有10平米，我的房間25樓還帶有廚房，晚上窗外景很美，很驚喜。
16樓的Terrace 16 餐廳的露臺可以看到芝加哥河最美的景色，午餐下午茶可以在露臺用。
前臺checked in 的服務員很好，告訴我14M有Trump Spa, 可以去享用。 我後來check out 那天上午，朋友幫我預約了一個City Architecture Tour, 要12點半結束，我説是否可以延到下午1點check out, 前臺洋人美**意我2點check out. 總之前臺餐廳服務員服務都很好，自己作為客人是被尊重的，沒有覺得被歧視。 酒店的設施氛圍都很好，令人很舒服。一次很愉快的入住。
