Partiamo dal gestore, una persona squisita, di una cordialità e disponibilità non comuni. Una grande attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. Tra le note positive sicuramente la colazione,nulla da invidiare ad un albergo. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche prima e dopo il check in/out. Infine la posizione esattamente nel centro storico,su via dei tribunali, ma nonostante questo l’appartamento risulta molto silenzioso perché affaccia su un cortile interno. Le note negative sono la mancanza di un ascensore,non da poco perché l’appartamento è al 3 piano,ma i gradini sono davvero molto alti. C’è anche da dire che su Booking è ben specificato questo,inoltre il gestore viene personalmente incontro per prendere i bagagli. Infine la camera davvero molto piccola.

Il nome scelto evoca un ambiente rilassante e infatti la gestione è attenta e disponibile. Nonostante gli 84 gradini impegnativi la permanenza risulta piacevole; camere con arredi chiari e recenti, sala colazioni curata. Temperatura ideale. Spiegazioni esaustive e consigli su possibili itinerari completano l'esperienza. La struttura si trova in posizione ottimale nel centro storico. Nella piazza trattoria mammarella e nei dintorni miriadi di siti per rifocillarsi. Il contatto con la Napoli verace è assicurato.

A wonderful friendly stay in Naples The most helpful host in Italy, lots of tips for our stay and arranged early breakfast for us for days we had trips booked. Location central in old town just off tribunal and 6 min walk to metro. Room was large and had everything we needed. Stairs keep you working off all the amazing cakes.

We had a lovely stay here. Our plane landed late but the owner stayed in touch and sent a member of staff to ensure our safe arrival. Lots of recommendations from the host and great breakfast. Clean basic room. Thank you

The room is on the 4th floor with large stairs. A bit tiresome to carry the luggage upstairs. The room is small with a twin bed added. We had a reservation for 4. It’s not comfortable for 4 people. The maximum number of people should not exceed 3 for this room. Other than that the location is good.

Dear guest, you booked the room last minute at a very discounted rate. The room is a very spacious family room with an additional sofa bed, as described in the presentation. You were helped up the stairs with your luggage, which was clearly indicated because we are in a 16th-century building where an elevator cannot be installed. This property is hidden away behind a Ginormous 16th century door, and although there are a lot of stairs to get to the entrance of the B&B it is well worth the climb! The rooms are spacious, airy and full of everything you need. The breakfast area is light & refreshing with a gorgeous tile table. The shower was the best we'd had in all of Italy & our room had it's own heat/AC unit which was amazing. The innkeeper gave us a map & showed us things to do in the area & where to find the best pizza! Can't recommend this place enough!

The first thing is that if you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs, this place is not for you. 84 steps in all, no elevator. Otherwise, the room we had, first on the right as you enter, was compact, but nicely appointed, with pleasant sentiments on the wall and heartwarming decorations. The bed was firm, as we like it, and the bedding was readily changed for us when we found it too hot. The bathroom was clean, bright and well lit, a bonus for those doing makeup. There were a few issues, though; the toilet seat was very loose; only one button of the toilet worked (we were warned that the other rendered the toilet inoperative!); and the shower head wouldn't stay in place as the tightening screw was broken. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings, from sweet local pastry and cake delicacies to a few cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits, and eggs were on offer when Maria was on duty. You could come back at any time of day and help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits. Others have commented on noise, but we didn't find this an issue. Finally, the staff, Fabio and Maria, are wonderful. Friendly, approachable, ready with advice or willingly checking out your requests if they're unsure, and Fabio helps you with baggage up and down the stairs. All in all, at the right price point, and fine to stay at for a few days, in the heart of the historical area.
