Misleading Misleading, the beach is not in the hotel, you have to pay 75 Shalke per person to enter the beach area from the other hotel, street parking only, non smoking room but you smell the smoking in the hallway, the guy in the front desk was really nice unlike the lady at the front desk rude!

Stayed at this property for 4 nights during a trip to the Galilee. We were personally greeted by the general manager, who explained that a large number of displaced families from the north were currently residing at the property. It was a privilege to reside in the same hotel with them. Rooms were clean and well maintained with stellar views from the lake facing accommodations. We needed the bed split into two singles, and that was done promptly. Any requests were handled quickly and pleasantly. Daily breakfast was robust with a wide selection of offerings. Restaurant staff were helpful, courteous, and thorough. Special mention to Nati, the night manager, who always greeted us warmly - by name - whenever we arrived at or left the hotel and really took care of us during our stay. He, the general manager, and the rest of the staff give great credit to the Leonardo brand and to this property specifically.

Se você está acostumado com bons hoteis, pare por aqui e busque outro lugar para se hospedar. Pela segunda (e última) vez me intalo em uma unidade da rede Leonardo que trocou a qualidade pelo servi?o popular e em volume. Para ser preciso, o hotel oferece uma linda vista e insta??es corretas, mas nada excepcionais. Os servi?os sao precários e n?o espere qualquer gentileza da recep??o ou gerência. Esque?a também o estacionamento fácil - inexistente no hotel e com dificuldade na rua, mas pago e muito disputado. A piscina é minúscula e lotada, e n?o há acesso à praia por perto. A comida atende aos padr?es "all you can eat" correta, mas onde quantidade e fartura se sobrep?em à qualidade. Ao viajante frustrado so resta um olhar invejoso sobre os bons hotéis vizinhos e fazer a pergunta " o que eu vim fazer aqui?"

O melhor hotel que ficamos em Israel. Atendimento excepcional, em especial pelo gerente Nataniel, que nos agradava o tempo todo com brindes e boa conversa. O quarto é grande, a vista é bonita e o jantar muito bom e com pre?o justo. O café da manh? é razoável.

H?tel très correct. Quand j ai vu les critiques en disant que l h?tel était sale c est faux. Ce sont les gens qui sont sales. Pour preuve l’état impeccable de la piscine mais quand les gens repartent j ai honte pour eux. Aucun respect pour le personnel pas même rapporter leur serviettes quant aux reliefs de nourriture on en parle pas. C est honteux. Même dans les couloirs les gens laissent tra?ner des assiettes des serviettes. Donc encore une fois ce n est pas l h?tel responsable du comportement des gens. J ai du changer de chambre car problème avec l air conditionné. Cela s est fait sans aucun problème et ma seconde chambre était supérieure à la précédente. Merci encore
