We always hope our guests leave having a really wonderful time away. It was myself whom you spoke with in the morning regarding and additional padding for you mattress. I am so shocked you found me to be rude as that is never my intention, I can only apologise and hope the additional extras I organised for your bed helped. I am unsure if you made us aware of the issues with your drains but had we known this would have been fixed promptly.
