很好，满意，工作人员都很热情，酒店就在湖边，离周围景区很近，离桂林站坐公交就五分钟，很快，地理位置不错

酒店房间环境非常舒适雅致，前台小姐姐热情周到细致，前台工作人员也非常热情，出行方便楼下就是公园走过去就可以看到日月塔，去周边景区步行也非常方便，值得推荐一下，满意度??

酒店位置在公园里面距离日月双塔同象鼻山都不远可以走路到达..酒店没有电梯要自己攞行李！不过房间只是一楼不是太大问题还可接受??员工会帮忙攞行李??酒店是同一间按摩店共同的觉得有点奇怪但又很特别??而走路到步行街都很近很方便??前台的员工很有礼貌??

The staff service was great but the hotel amenities were lacking. There is no lift or ramps for luggage so the staff had to carry it for us.
Room is clean and has a comfortable bed.
There is no view as the trees are blocking the river view.
The place is near the glass bridge and it has a restaurant and a coffee truck next to it.

酒店离周边各个游玩景点都非常进，步行就可到达，很方便，
衞生：房间乾净利落，挺好的，
环境：周边环境也还可以，虽然在路边但是一点都不吵，
服务：前台小哥哥小姐姐服务很好，非常热情，还帮我送行李到房间，性价比很高，才一百多块钱的房间，很赞??

I would like to compliment the management and staff of Yi Chi Ju Hotel where myself and my partner stayed for 16 days. It was a fantastic stay the room was very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very Central to all things in Guilin and located on the picturesque Rong Lake. A great place to stay and relax and enjoy the delights of Guilin ????

I highly recommend you to book this hotel.. The staff is so good and supportive.. The girl on the reception is very nice she helped me with everything and even gave me her number to use for online order??. They are so nice people and the location of the hotel is nearby t all the famous spots of guilin. Book this hotel whenever you want to visit Guilin.

清明回桂林订的酒店，位置不错，在湖边上，吃东西闲逛都很方便，就是二楼楼层低了，和其它商业共同的二层，隔音不太好，隔壁聊天、楼下餐厅音响和晚上绕湖散步游玩的游客还是有点闹，另外窗外平台垃圾杂乱和窗外的美景甚是反差。

环境超级美，刚好赶上起雾的天气，就像住在仙境里一样。服务和设施都一流，房间比预计的要大，很乾净，床品也非常舒适。桂林是一个很休闲也很好玩的城市，酒店里遇见了一对退休老夫妻，听他们説在这住了半个月了，真是羡慕惨了。

这间酒店必须五星好评。旅途中发生了意外，酒店的前台大哥和张小姐非常热心帮忙。人在异地发生了意外，无助的时刻遇上了热心帮忙的陌生人真是非常感恩。 行动不便他们甚至扶着家人去洗手间。又帮忙扶上的士。感受到他们真的衷心帮忙，而不是一般酒店的标准服务。真的难能可贵。 下次再来桂林必须再住这间酒店非常推荐。 酒店房间10分乾净整洁，环境优美。住得很舒适。 ???????????? 酒店在市中心去热门景点都很方便。?

It's a decent hotel. Close to attractions but there aren't any amenities here. The rooms are huge which is great for families.
