The staff service was great but the hotel amenities were lacking. There is no lift or ramps for luggage so the staff had to carry it for us.
Room is clean and has a comfortable bed.
There is no view as the trees are blocking the river view.
The place is near the glass bridge and it has a restaurant and a coffee truck next to it.
I would like to compliment the management and staff of Yi Chi Ju Hotel where myself and my partner stayed for 16 days. It was a fantastic stay the room was very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very Central to all things in Guilin and located on the picturesque Rong Lake. A great place to stay and relax and enjoy the delights of Guilin ????
I highly recommend you to book this hotel.. The staff is so good and supportive.. The girl on the reception is very nice she helped me with everything and even gave me her number to use for online order??. They are so nice people and the location of the hotel is nearby t all the famous spots of guilin. Book this hotel whenever you want to visit Guilin.
