I book this hotel last minute. The location not very near to airport. In the map, looks like next to the airport but this is a long way about 30 min drive. I appreciate the complimentary pick/drop off from the airport. Dont expect too much from the breakfast it was a nah from me. The kids have a short fun in the kids pool. Kudos to the driver who pick up us at the airport though it was late by 30 min due to traffic. To Ms. 7Uu, thank you for being accommodating and responsive to my inquiries.
Hotel’s location was good. It was close to the airport and there was a bus station to get to the city center. There wasn’t shampoo and toilet paper in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. And later they provided all necessary things. Housekeeping service needs to improve.
As for the food, it was very simple, only Chinese style food, no fruits or vegetables. All in all I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
It is the best hotel near the Harbin airport, I know. It is old, but room was clean, personal was very attentive and helpful, if I ever need again a night between my flights, I will definitely book it. I used a free transfer to the hotel and back to the airport, it was very convenient!
