Guest：I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like .: 2025-01-01
