Everyone in the hotel was super receptive. The whole team was nice and willing to help us. I had a great time staying there I will surely stay there whenever I go back to Istanbul.

My honest review first and lst time in turkey too noisy room cleanliness not good at all breakfast just below normal and ready for nasty surprises amenities in room u have to pay for not mentioned anywhere but its a rule in turkey everything is so expensive one day bus was 227 lera one way on departure day 370 lira normal food like kabab around 1400 lira to 2500 lira vedios on youtube r not justified what i experience here morocco Egypt all other countries much better equal rates and checked by government and other thing u can get better hotels and rooms near by r stay in istanbul more options if you r that desperate to come here

Everything is nice, the location , the room, clean comfortable, There are only a few amenities that are lacking, regarding bath soap and hand washing soap which are inadequate

It was great location, close to Kadikoy port and Metro, many restaurants and bars, one direct Metro to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport. We loved the top-floor breakfast with a great sea view. The hotel building itself is a bit old but still we enjoyed somewhat classical feeling of the lobby furniture and interior with a very calm and friendly cat.? Due to the water heater problem, shower did not provided hot water for half a day, but they worked hard to fix and finally we had a great hot shower. So it was a durable problem for us. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and hotel staff. We will come back again!

Staff friendly, we arrived early and front staff arranged available room in 1 hour for check in. Also welcome Turkish tea for us while waiting. I'm happy to stay here again. ????

Good location with easy access to the pier and nearby food spots. The breakfast was nice with a great view. The hotel also provides convenient parking. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again!

The old otel and they need to renovation the toilet and the room even the breakfast not that much

立地は良く、スタッフも皆亲切で、朝食会场の景色が素晴らしかった。訳あって、２泊予约のうち、１泊をキャンセルしたが、快く対応してもらえた。夜から朝にかけて、英语が喋れるスタッフが不在のことがある。
