  • Guest：Не понятно, как получилось 4 звезды себе присвоить этому отелю. Максимум 3 и с минусом. Постельное белье плохое, оснащение ванной комнаты среднее, шум и ветер через окна (которые не открыть и не закрыть). Нет рум-сервиса. До ресепшн не дозвониться через сломанный телефон номера и через горячую линию.

  • Guest：В целом отель понравился, расположение отличное, это главный плюс для нас. Чисто. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Завтрак вполне, но не люблю блюда по меню, в виду ограничений в питании, кофе среднее. В номере душно, отопление на славу (если кто любит потеплее). Кондиционером не пользовались, спали с открытым окном, поэтому было шумно. В ванной плохо уходила вода, хотелось , чтобы такие моменты проверяли пред заездом гостей, т.к. это заметно при уборке сантехники, чтобы гости не обращались по таким вещам, не хочется на отдыхе решать проблемы с засором в ванной. Не хватило бумажных салфеток и косметического набора, все таки в отелях 4 звезды это должно быть.
