Property is ok, not great not terrible. Location is good for the parks. Very little English spoken so communication was sometimes difficult. We had 3 issues in our room but someone came and fixed all 3. There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own. We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed. I didn't know anything about the VIP but we did not receive any benefits from this.

Localizacao e ambiente nota 10 Recomendo fortemente, lugar muito tranquilo e agradavel, acomoda??o bate com as fotos, MUITO proximo mesmo dos parques da disney, principalmente do animal kingdom

Hotel normal pero la app no cumple lo q dice Es un complejo con michas villas en las fotos aparece con asador pero al llegar al checkin me dicen q no q ********** aparto sin asador ( esto si viene en amenidades) y la nuestra no tenia . Tuve q pagar extra por el. El hotel dijo q la app no aparto con asador pero si viene en amenidades y al hablar con ********** me dicen q yo acepte un upgrade yo no acepte nada yo solo quiero q se cumpla lo q dicen q tenia. Se lavan las manos muy mal por los dos lados mas por la app no caigan !

酒店特别注意客人私隐权，住了16天，没人打扫衞生，每天只在门口收垃圾。没人补换房间垃圾袋、衞生间用品、厨房用纸，窗帘拉不上，报酒店二次没人理等。总之，正宗美式服务-没服务??????

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness, amount of living necessities,(toilet paper, dish towels, garbage bags and cooking utensils). Grounds were not kept up to what the pictures looked like! The front desk was for a lack of better terms useless!

Unterkunft war sauber und sicher. Personal freundlich. Ausstattung schon eher abgewohnt mit 1 von 5 funktionierenden Glühlampen. Weiter komisch finde ich dass obwohl 250$ cleaning verrechnet werden man eine Strafe von 50$ bezahlen soll wenn man den Müll nicht raus bringt

Magic Village Yards is great when traveling with family or large groups. The pricing is very reasonable for the amount of space. The living space is good and spacious. The kitchen is useful however the cooking utensils need replacing as well as the cookware (pans). The bedrooms are a good size and it appears the clean the carpet however this is my 3rd time staying at this property and I can honestly say that the carpet should be replaced. Even though it looks shampooed, the corners and edges are heavily stained and give you an uneasy feeling as if there maybe bugs hiding in there. The bathrooms are nice and the fact that each rooms has its own is a plus. Just be mindful that the sinks are super high so when traveling with toddlers bring a step stool. Overall the property is a good value but I can tell that some areas are neglected in the units and these units could use an overhaul

This was our second visit. Very happy overall. The unit this visit was not a well equipped kitchen. There was not even pot holders! No spatula or knives that could cut vegetables. I usually plan to cook several meals when away, and it was a bit difficult.
