The unit is ok and spacious. Maybe they need to renovate their bathroom. The faucet in the lavatory is lose thread

Toilet is very dirty with stain marks left on the toilet seat.
Pool water looks unclean.
There is no kettle to boil water provided inside the room as opposed to what was advertised on trip. Com. When we used the rice cooker to boil water, the hotel staff charged us 500 pesos. I understand it is hotel policy but they should have provided us with the kettle instead.
Will not recommend this hotel. Not a good value for money. Beachfront property without pool is better.

The resort is a bit far from the beach, though just around 5mins or so, so it isn’t too much of an issue. It will cost P50 to ride a tricycle to the beach. Rooms were clean with sufficient water pressure. The place overall was good place to relax, however the rating of 3 came from the fact that the pool was not clean. They did not turn on the filter of the pool in the 3D2N. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to swim when we do not want to go to the beach. Fortunately, the people were nice and accommodating so that saved their rating a bit. FYI. We saw a cleaner that filters the large debris in the pool. But that wasn’t enough to really clean the pool. TL;DR: Place is good but do not book this place for the pool. Place is 5 mins from the beach.
